He further stated, "Zero humanitarian shipments have been allowed into the city since the offensive began four weeks ago."

Witnesses report that from 9:30 PM local on the previous day until dawn, shelling and bombing struck multiple areas of the city.
- Shelling concentrated on the southern and western zones factory district, and campus vicinity, subsequently sustained attacks in the neighborhood.
- Afterwards, air raids targeted the al-Tuffah area and the security headquarters.
- In the early hours, fighter jets hit Tel al-Hawa, a refugee camp, and that neighborhood, while mortar fire targeted that road near that intersection and al-Shifa hospital.
Residential Areas Affected
Local sources stated explosive boxes released above civilian zones in al-Nafaq and al-Jalaa.
He said that Tel al-Hawa, al-Jalaa Street, and al-Nasr Street were among the most heavily bombarded districts during the night.
